If you're looking for a place where your skills are respected and your career can grow, this is it.ResponsibilitiesInstall and service IAQ systems (UV lights, filtration systems, duct cleaning, etc.)Replace HVAC warranty components (coils, condensers, parts)Ensure systems are running properly and safely after installationDeliver a top-tier customer experience in every homeMaintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional appearanceCommunicate clearly with customers and internal teamMentor and support install helpers when assignedQualifications2+ years experience with knowledge in refrigeration function and theory, the ability to diagnose and perform replacement of HVAC related components such as Air Conditioners & Heat Pumps, Furnaces & Air Handlers, Duct Work & Zone Systems, Thermostats, Air Filters/filtration Systems, Low and high voltage wiringUniversal EPA CertificationRegistration as a technician with TDLRValid Drivers License & active for at least the past 5 yearsExcellent customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectationsMinimum Tool Requirements: Basic Hand Tools- wrenches, screwdriver/nut drives, sheet metal/duct tools, and hammerMinimum Testing Equipment usage: Refrigerant Gauges, Manometer, Magnahelic, C/O Detector, Psychrometer, and Micron GaugeWorking knowledge of city codesAbility to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first timeAbility to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces, and on roofsAbility to safely work in attics and lift up to 75 lbsService Titan experience preferredWrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
