At Seneca Foundations, your career growth matters - and your work leaves a lasting legacy.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise a crew of concrete workers, assigning tasks and maintaining productivity on siteOversee forming, reinforcing, pouring, and finishing of poured concrete foundationsEnsure all work aligns with blueprints, project specifications, and local building codesCoordinate equipment setup, material staging, and daily site logisticsConduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA safety standardsPerform quality control inspections throughout each phase of constructionCollaborate with Project Managers to maintain schedules and resolve on-site challengesAssist with labor planning and material forecasting for upcoming projectsUtilize total station surveying equipment for accurate layout and measurementsQualificationsMinimum 4 years of experience in poured concrete foundation workAt least 2 years of leadership or foreman-level experience preferredStrong knowledge of formwork, reinforcement, placement, finishing, and curing processesExperience operating total station surveying equipmentAbility to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawingsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of construction safety protocols and jobsite best practicesHigh School Diploma or GEDValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 100 lbs Compensation & Benefits$30-$40 per hour (based on experience)Weekly pay + consistent year-round work (no seasonal layoffs)Performance-based bonus opportunitiesBi-weekly pay cyclePrevailing wage project opportunitiesMedical insuranceRetirement savings programPaid Time Off (holidays, vacation, and sick time)Safety equipment providedAnnual trips and company outingsCompany events and team-building activities Work ScheduleFull-TimeMonday-FridayOccasional overtime depending on project demands Work LocationOn-site at residential and commercial project locationsBased out of Zelienople, PennsylvaniaLocal travel within the surrounding region; no extended out-of-state travel required Equal Employment Opportunity
