A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative in the EST Time Zone (100% remote). Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and review user-generated content to ensure compliance with guidelines and standards Respond to user inquiries and provide excellent customer support through email and phone Handle inbound and outbound calls and collaborate with the customer support team to improve processesRequired QualificationsProven experience or educational background in journalism, social sciences, media, or a related discipline Previous experience in a customer support or call center role Strong understanding of content moderation best practices Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively in a remote environment Native or proficiency in English (C1)
