Project Coordinator (Coordination Facilitator)
Position Type:Hourly + Bonus Program:Base Salary: $79,201.65 yearlyBonus Program: Eligible for profit sharing bonus and up to two weeks additional paid time off. Both incentives are based on overall employee performance.Other Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, 401(k) matching, PTODescription: The Coordination Facilitator is responsible for supporting Tecology’s coordinated services, both proactive and reactive. This takes the form of meeting scheduling/facilitation, project tracking, documentation review, and acting as a liaison between the team and clients when needed. To be successful, a candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills and a strong desire to be collaborative with the team. This position reports directly to the Director of Coordination. Primary Responsibilities: Manage low-medium complexity projects as assigned by the Director of Coordination Manage and facilitate project management work related to high complexity projects owned by a Project Manager Analyze and route proactive and reactive client requests to the appropriate resources Draft and review project documentation including statements of work, project plans, deliverables, training materials, etc. Facilitate/coordinate meetings and manage detailed project plans Create project plans, draft timelines, and build budgets Report on progress and provide regular updates to Tecology and client management Act as a liaison between clients and staff Secondary Responsibilities: Assist with implementation of new processes/procedures Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Coordination Required Qualifications: Self-starter with strong initiative, proven ability to multi-task and adapt in a quick changing environment 2+ years project coordination experience Excellent oral and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to varied audiences Meticulous attention to detail and strong organization skills Ability to bridge the gap between the client and our team Willingness to acquire CAPM or equivalent within 6 monthsAbility to navigate complex interpersonal situations in a professional and gracious manner Ability to diagnose problems and follow through to resolution and closure of issues Desired Qualifications: Technical/professional writing ability Prior experience in customer service or communications Experience participating in projects or other IT related activities Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge/ability Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly
