Product Manager

Position Overview:We are seeking experienced professionals with strong, hands-on expertise in Data Products, Data Engineering, or Data Management to support enterprise data initiatives. The ideal candidate will have practical experience designing, building, and managing scalable data solutions that drive business value.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data productsBuild and optimize data architectures supporting analytics, reporting, and operational use casesImplement robust data management practices including data governance, quality, lineage, and metadata managementCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable and high-performance data solutionsEnsure data integrity, security, and compliance across platformsSupport cloud-based data environments and modern data platformsDrive performance tuning, monitoring, and continuous improvement of data systemsRequired Qualifications:Proven hands-on experience in Data Engineering, Data Product development, or Data ManagementStrong expertise in SQL and data modeling (star/snowflake schemas)Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline developmentFamiliarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)Experience with data governance, data quality frameworks, and metadata managementAbility to work in Agile/Scrum environmentsPreferred Skills:Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Databricks)Knowledge of data warehousing and modern data architecture principlesExposure to BI/analytics tools
