Golf Course Construction Laborer

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Golf Course Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will support the development and maintenance of golf course facilities by performing a variety of physical tasks on-site. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and a willingness to learn on the job.What You'll DoAssist in preparing and grading construction sites, including clearing vegetationTransport and unload building materials and equipmentOperate and maintain basic construction tools and machinery under supervisionHelp in mixing and applying topsoil, sand, and other materials necessary for course constructionSupport the installation of irrigation systems, drainage components, and landscaping featuresFollow blueprints, plans, and instructions provided by supervisors to ensure work is completed accuratelyRemove debris, clean work areas, and manage waste in accordance with company guidelinesAdhere to all safety protocols and proceduresWhat You Need:High School Diploma or GEDPrevious experience in construction, landscaping, or a related field is a plusAbility to operate basic hand and power toolsPhysical stamina and strength to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in various weather conditionsStrong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workAbility to follow instructions accurately and work well in a team environmentA valid driver’s license may be required, and experience with operating construction equipment is a bonusWhat You Get:Competitive payFamily sustaining benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, and visionPaid time off and a 401k with a company match!
