Cyber Resiliency Engineering Manager (REAS) As risks to Lockheed Martin hardware, software, and supply chains continue to rise our customers need advanced solutions to mitigate growing vulnerabilities and ensure our systems will continue to operate in cyber contested environments. Strong resiliency-focused, engineering leadership helps protect Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) platform/weapon systems from increasingly sophisticated cyber threats. RMS Cyber Resiliency Engineering (CRE) organization is seeking a Manager supporting one or more programs within the Radars, Electronic Warfare & Acoustic Systems (REAS) Market Segment in Syracuse, NY. This role reports to the CRE Senior Manager for Training, Logistics, and Simulations (TLS) and REAS. In your role as a CRE Manager, you are the primary interface and CRE lead for the REAS market segment and have overall responsibility for delivering engineering value to a market segment through: Leading and managing CRE program teams responsible for requirements analysis, architecture, design, development, integration, and testing of cyber resiliency-enabling systems and solutions. Overseeing planning and execution of formal verification and or validation of hardware and or software designs ensuring compliance with defined specifications and cyber resiliency requirements. Ensuring standardization and consistent application of Cyber Resiliency organizational processes, methods, techniques, and tools. Ensuring all CRE program team performance meets or exceeds performance objectives (cost, schedule, and technical). Other responsibilities include: Driving the accomplishment of 1LMX Cyber Resiliency capability milestones. Supporting technology development projects to produce new cyber resiliency solutions. Providing accurate manpower forecasting and ensuring timely allocation of resources. Ensuring effective coordination and collaboration with other engineering resources and stakeholders. Implementing cost-effective workforce planning and development strategies. Managing financial performance to ensure teams meeting or exceed performance targets. Building and maintaining influential relationships with key stakeholders. To be successful, you must work effectively throughout the RMS E&T organization, both vertically and horizontally, to build strong working relationships in the advancement of cyber resiliency strategies. Please note: This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD government clearance at the Secret level. This position is fulltime onsite. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $145,200 - $255,990. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
