They're growing and looking for a long-term team member who wants to build something - not just fill a seat. What You'll DoAnalyze borrower information and deal packages to assess qualification and viability Prepare and submit deals to lenders through company software Shop deals across capital markets to secure the best available financing for clients Collect, organize, and track borrower documentation from signed term sheet through closing Respond to lender and underwriter requests throughout the deal lifecycle Coordinate third-party reports including appraisals and environmental studies Own your deals from submission to close What We're Looking ForMust Have Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software Self-starter mentality - this is a growth role, not a hand-holding role Nice to Have Background in mortgage, commercial real estate, or related financing Familiarity with CRE lending, SBA loans, or construction financing Prior experience working in a brokerage or lender environment Why JoinBoutique firm with decades of expertise and serious deal flow Real growth path - they want someone long-term and will invest accordingly Lean team where your contributions are visible and valued Salary + commission structure with upside tied to your performance Compensation: Salary + commission, commensurate with experience
