IT Project Manager
• Serve as a Team Leader reporting to the Section Manager, leading 11 team members and overseeing daily operations, task allocation, performance, and issue resolution.• Provide clear direction and practical guidance while conducting regular check-ins, listening to team members’ concerns, supporting their well-being, and resolving workplace and operational issues.• Manage IT and endpoint-related projects as a Project Manager, coordinating schedules, resources, stakeholders, risks, and project delivery.• Independently managed the end-to-end replacement of approximately 3,000 corporate PCs. Completed the project with only one device loss, helping restore client confidence and maintain the company’s position within the group.• Redesigned the device inventory process and developed internal tools that reduced the completion time from approximately one year to one month, minimized manual work, improved operational efficiency, and reduced overtime.• Respond to natural disasters, major system outages, and other business-critical incidents by assessing the impact, establishing priorities, coordinating team activities, communicating with stakeholders, and supporting service recovery and business continuity.• Handle the initial response to security incidents, including impact assessment, device isolation and collection, stakeholder coordination, and escalation. Conduct post-incident device analysis to identify causes, assess impact, and support recurrence prevention.• Troubleshoot PC performance, hardware failures, software issues, user accounts, and network connectivity for corporate users and executives.• Configure, deploy, and maintain corporate PCs using Windows Autopilot, Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, BitLocker, and WSUS.• Create operational manuals, troubleshooting guides, and standardized workflows, and provide technical training and onboarding support to team members.• Consistently received positive feedback from both client stakeholders and internal management for leadership, technical expertise, responsiveness, and contributions to operational improvement.
