Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reliability Engineer located in Collegeville, PA. As a Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for improving equipment performance and facility reliability through regular maintenance planning and failure analysis. Key responsibilities include identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring system compliance with standards, leading root cause analysis (RCA) processes, and developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to achieve optimal asset performance and cost efficiency. Qualifications Proficiency in reliability engineering principles, including failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and root cause analysis (RCA)Strong skills in asset management, performance monitoring, and developing preventive and predictive maintenance programsKnowledge of relevant engineering tools, methods, and software systems (e.g., Computerized Maintenance Management System - CMMS, reliability-centered maintenance tools)Experience with compliance standards and regulations in facility management and engineeringExceptional problem-solving, analytical thinking, and organizational skillsStrong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across multidisciplinary teamsEngineering degree (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or equivalent technical experience; relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional - CMRP)Familiarity with industry best practices for health, safety, and environmental (HSE) engineering
