This role ensures efficient processes, high quality client service, and strong internal coordination while supporting strategic initiatives that enhance the value and visibility of the benefits function.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management:Supports day-to-day operations of health and benefits programs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely deliveryOffers actionable insights along with the operational performance metrics that help leaders assess and implement improvements to drive efficiency/service deliveryPartners with internal teams (e.g., compliance, finance, client service, marketing, technology) to resolve issues and maintain seamless deliveryEnsures data integrity across systems, reporting tools, and client deliverablesMarketing & CommunicationsCollaborates with marketing team to develop materials that promote benefit offerings, capabilities, and value propositionsSupports creation and maintenance of client-facing content, including presentations, collateral and digital assetsEnsures messaging aligns with brand standards and effectively communicates benefits strategy and servicesAssists in developing campaigns or initiatives that enhance client engagement and awareness of benefits programsSupports management of Health and Benefits Hub and NFP ConnectProject ManagementManages cross-functional projects related to benefits delivery, technology enhancements, and process improvementsDevelops project plans, timelines, and milestones; tracks progress and ensures on-time, high-quality executionFacilitates stakeholder meetings, manages communications, and escalates risks or issues as neededCoordinates implementation of new tools, platforms, or services across teams and client groupsDocuments lessons learned and applies continuous improvement practices to future initiativesLearning And DevelopmentSupports the design, delivery, and maintenance of training programs that strengthen operational excellence across the Health & Benefits practiceFacilitates training sessions for existing team members on operational platforms, tools, and best practicesMaintains a centralized repository of learning content to ensure teams have access to current, accurate operational resourcesPromotes a culture of continuous learning by encouraging adoption of new tools, methodologies, and process improvementsEnsures alignment between operational training content and broader organizational learning initiatives, including Benefits University or similar programsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, human resources, operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in benefits administration, operations, HR services, or related functionsStrong project management skills; experience with cross-functional initiatives preferredExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to leverage Power BI, Power Automate, Dynamics, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, CoPilot, and OneDrive for collaboration, content management, and workflow efficiencyAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with benefits platforms, HRIS systems, and compliance requirements is a plusKey CompetenciesOperational ExcellenceClient Service OrientationStrategic CommunicationProcess ImprovementCollaboration & InfluenceAnalytical ThinkingProject LeadershipWhat We OfferWe're proud to offer a competitive salary, PTO & paid holidays, 401(k) with match, exclusive discount programs, health & wellness programs, and more. The base salary range for this position is $68,000 to $92,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.NFP and You...
