Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – DC Medicaid (HSCSN) Company: Sunny Solutions ABA Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid: Telehealth + In-Home) Compensation: $70-80/hour Employment Type: Flexible (Part-Time; W2) About Us Sunny Solutions ABA is a growing, clinician-led ABA practice providing culturally responsive, high-quality services to underserved communities. We prioritize family-centered care, ethical practice, and meaningful, sustainable behavior change. As we expand into Washington, DC, we are seeking BCBAs to help build and shape services within the HSCSN (DC Medicaid) network. Position Overview This hybrid role includes both telehealth and in-home services. The BCBA will oversee clinical programming, support behavior technicians, and collaborate closely with families. Caseload is intentionally kept low (approximately 4–6 clients) to ensure quality care and strong clinical outcomes.
