A company is looking for a Bankruptcy Attorney to join its national bankruptcy practice. Key Responsibilities Draft motions for relief from the automatic stay and prepare secured creditor proofs of claims Ensure timely and accurate updates to the Firm's systems of record regarding important dates and communications Collaborate with attorneys, support staff, and other firm members to manage a substantial caseload Required Qualifications Bar License in the state of South Carolina (Required) More than eight (8) years of experience in civil litigation, real estate, or equivalent experience Preferred knowledge of TILA, RESPA, and FDCPA Experience in appellate practice is a plus Strong leadership skills and ability to develop industry relationships
