This role operates in a complex and evolving data environment, requiring strong analytical depth, independence, and the ability to navigate ambiguity—especially within privacy-focused product areas.This is an individual contributor role suited for someone who thrives at the intersection of advanced analytics, experimentation, and AI-driven process optimization.ResponsibilitiesApply advanced statistical analysis, machine learning, and mathematical modeling to uncover patterns, identify opportunities, and inform product decisionsDesign, build, and evaluate predictive models and algorithms to extract business value from large-scale datasetsDevelop and test hypotheses; analyze results from experiments and translate findings into actionable insightsPartner closely with engineering and product teams to transition prototypes into scalable product featuresSupport experimentation frameworks and launch measurement strategiesDeliver business intelligence and data visualization solutions, including dashboards and ad-hoc analysisLeverage AI tools and automation techniques to improve analytics workflows and operational efficiencyRequired Skills & Qualifications:10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related fieldStrong expertise in Python and/or R for data analysis and modelingExperience working with large-scale datasets and distributed data systemsHands-on experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, and experimentation methods (A/B testing)Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or similar platforms)Experience leveraging AI tools to automate workflows and improve productivityStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearlyPreferred Qualifications:Experience working in ads measurement, privacy, or regulated data environmentsExposure to causal inference, experimental design, and product analyticsProven track record of influencing product or business decisions through dataEducation: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
