Everybody Wins!Why join our team?Competitive PayWeekly PaycheckPerformance Bonus OpportunitiesCompany-Provided Vehicle & Fuel CardFree Uniforms401(k) Match & Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)Short & Long-Term Disability + Life InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Employee Assistance ProgramWhat You'll Do:Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential electrical systemsInstall wiring, outlets, switches, panels, lighting, and other electrical componentsEnsure electrical systems meet all safety and code requirementsProvide excellent customer service by explaining work performed and answering questionsAccurately document work orders, materials used, and recommendationsWork closely with dispatch to ensure efficient scheduling and routingMaintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicleFollow safety procedures and company standards at all timesOther duties as assignedWhat We Are Looking For:Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License (preferred)Minimum 2 years of residential electrical experience preferredStrong problem-solving skills and electrical troubleshooting expertiseExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver's license with a clean driving recordHigh school diploma or equivalent (trade school a plus)ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Install, maintain, and enhance electrical systems and components, including fuses, lights, and wiring.Inspect, test, and diagnose issues with electrical systems and components.Perform all work in a manner that meets and follows electrical codes, blueprints, and standards.Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning.Complete required documentation of repairs and service information.Ensure adequate inventory of necessary supplies and parts.Calibrate equipment to provided specifications.Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems and components.Troubleshoot problems and make timely repairs.Train incoming new hiresGenerate internal reportsAttend daily huddle meetingsProvide cancellation reports to manager.Job scrubbingOnline bookingsUpdate technician job orderQUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES:Minimum 3-5 Years' Experience as a Licensed Journeyman or Master ElectricianKnowledge to work on all types of circuits – mainly residentialMust be knowledgeable and proficient with current NEC codesAbility to measure, assemble and install electrical conduitAbility to run all types of wiring including but not limited to romex, mc cable, service cable, underground cable, etc.Ability to properly install all types of electrical devices including but not limited to receptacles, lights, ceiling fans, switches, smoke detectors, etc.Ability to climb laddersAbility to lift and carry up to 50lbs.Must have good communication skills to communicate with customers and fellow colleaguesEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:High School Diploma or equivalent required, associates and college degrees preferredCompletion of a formal apprenticeship and valid electrician's license preferredREQUIRED:Clean Driving RecordAbility to Pass Pre-Employment Background Check and Physical/Drug ScreenWORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring.Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders or scaffolding.Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.EOE StatementThis position may be advertised under the follow job titles : Electrical Technician, Electrician, etc.Pre-Employment RequirementsAll employment offers are contingent on successful completion of a criminal background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report.
