ServiceMaster Clean - - Responsibilities: Conduct nightly site visits to ensure cleaning quality and adherence to scope of work; Supervise and support janitorial staff across assigned accounts; Ensure all scheduled cleaning duties are completed efficiently and to standard; Perform quality control inspections and address any deficiencies in real time; Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company standards
