Principal DevOps Engineer
Overview
In this role, you will lead the design, evolution, and scaling of our CI/CD platforms within the enablement team, driving secure and efficient delivery pipelines across product lines. You’ll partner with engineering leadership to standardize practices, scale automation, and adopt modern DevOps and AI-enabled approaches. Your work will impact how we deliver high-quality releases, improve developer productivity, and secure software delivery at scale. You will operate at the intersection of platform architecture, security, and cloud infrastructure to enable rapid, reliable software delivery.

ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive the DevOps platform strategy for CI/CD, build systems, and release engineeringArchitect scalable pipelines using TeamCity, Jenkins, or similar tools and establish design standards for modular, reusable pipelinesDesign end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for multiple product lines and promote automation-first practices across build, test, and release workflowsIntegrate security practices (SAST, secrets management, dependency scanning) into pipelines and enforce secure delivery standardsLead infrastructure-as-code implementation (Terraform, Kubernetes, Ansible) and manage multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)Enhance developer productivity by reducing build times, enabling self-service, and advocating modern toolingImplement monitoring, logging, and alerting for CI/CD systems to ensure high availability and performanceServe as a technical leader and mentor, influencing cross-team platform decisions and best practices
Key requirements8+ years in DevOps, Build Engineering, or Platform EngineeringDeep expertise in CI/CD tools (TeamCity, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and build systems (Gradle, Maven, Ant)Strong experience with cloud platforms and containerization (AWS, Azure, GCP; Docker, Kubernetes)Proficiency in scripting/programming (Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Java)Bachelor in Computer Science (or related field) as statedleadership and mentoringcross-team collaborationstrong communicationCI/CD tooling (TeamCity, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)Build systems (Gradle, Maven, Ant)Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
