Role Description This is a full-time on-site Assistant role located in Orlando, FL. The Assistant will manage daily administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining organized records. Additional responsibilities include supporting the team with client communication, and performing general office duties to ensure smooth operations. The Assistant will also contribute to team projects and provide exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle scheduling, document management, and administrative tasks.Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, including client interaction and team collaboration.Basic understanding of office software, such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email platforms.Problem-solving and adaptability in addressing day-to-day challenges in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in real estate, property management, or administrative roles is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or coursework in real estate or administration is an advantage.A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering excellent client service.Bilingual (English - Spanish)
