As we continue to grow nationwide, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Corporate Paralegal to support our legal operations and ensure we maintain the highest standards of compliance and professionalism.Position Summary:This role requires a strong foundation in litigation, particularly in discovery, along with excellent proofreading, editing, and data management skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling a variety of legal and administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism.Key Responsibilities:Support internal and external counsel with all phases of litigation, including document review, case management, and trial preparationManage and coordinate discovery processes, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, organizing productions, and maintaining document databasesConduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney reviewProofread and edit legal documents, correspondence, and reports for accuracy, clarity, and consistencyPrepare, format, and maintain spreadsheets and reports using Excel for tracking cases, deadlines, and legal dataMaintain organized and up-to-date legal files and documentationBenefits:Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and paid holidaysOnboarding and training to help you succeed in your roleCareer stability with a growing, nationwide companyOpportunities for advancement and relocationEqual Opportunity Employer160 Driving Academy is an equal opportunity employer.
