Our teams work closely together across client services, legal operations, compliance, reporting, and workflow management to provide reliable service and improve performance for our clients.About the RoleJohnson Mark is looking for a detail-oriented, resourceful, and team-focused person to join our Client Services department.The Client Services team helps support strong client relationships, clear communication, compliance, reporting, and operational performance. This role is a great fit for someone who takes pride in accurate work, enjoys solving problems, and wants the opportunity to grow into more responsibility over time.We are looking for someone who brings rigor to their work, follows through on open items, and is willing to dig into details to understand what is actually happening. The right person will be resourceful, professional, dependable, and easy to work with across departments.What You’ll Do• Review and complete client service tasks and account-level requests.• Respond to client emails regarding documents, balances, account status, reporting questions, and other client needs.• Pull, review, and organize client exception reports and recurring deliverables.• Assist with workflow exceptions, inventory exceptions, and internal follow-up items.• Coordinate with Legal, Workflow, Compliance, and other departments to resolve account and process issues.• Help identify recurring issues and support process improvements.• Assist with reporting, account analysis, trend review, and client performance preparation.• Track open items and help ensure issues are resolved timely and accurately.• Learn client expectations, internal procedures, and department controls.What We’re Looking ForThe ideal candidate is someone who:• Has strong attention to detail.• Communicates clearly and professionally.• Is dependable, consistent, and accountable.• Is resourceful when working through unclear problems.• Can manage multiple priorities without losing track of details.• Takes feedback well and wants to improve.• Works well with team members and other departments.• Thinks critically before escalating issues.• Can follow procedures while recognizing when something does not look right.• Wants to grow into greater responsibility over time.Growth OpportunityThis role is designed for someone who wants to build a career, not just complete assigned tasks.Early success will focus on learning core Client Services tasks, emails, controls, reporting, account research, and daily deliverables.
