Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. This contract opportunity runs from August 2026 through early June 2027 and provides a rewarding school-based experience where your Speech-Language Pathology expertise will empower young learners every day. Work onsite with a manageable caseload of approximately 25-35 children, providing direct interventions that transform lives and support foundational communication skills.Key Qualifications:Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license or willingness to obtain California licensure (out-of-state candidates encouraged to apply)Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferredPrevious experience in school settings, particularly with early childhood or primary studentsStrong collaboration skills for working with teachers, families, and related service providersExcellent organizational skills to manage individualized caseloads and documentationEssential Responsibilities:Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy for PreK and Kindergarten students onsiteCollaborate regularly with educators, support staff, and families to enhance student communication outcomesAssess, plan, and execute individualized education programs (IEPs) with clear, measurable goalsMaintain thorough and timely documentation regarding student progress and sessionsSupport a positive school environment and promote inclusive practicesEnjoy the fulfillment of watching young students achieve important milestones while building trusted relationships within a supportive school community.
