Minimum Education and Experience Associate’s degree in a human services field with one year experience in a human services position. The preferred candidate will have experience working with people with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities, care management experience, and a working knowledge of community supports. Licensure/Certification Valid NYS driver’s license required. Must maintain current required certifications as designated by the agency including but not limited to: First Aid/CPR The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, internal equity, and location.
