Restaurant Manager
Service can make or break a dining experience. And by service we mean you - the server and line cooks needed . You're a bottomless pit of menu answers, and you control the flow of the meal and preparation . You have a constructive relationship with the whole staff, show up at all the right times and dance through health standards with ease. It's a lot, but it's worth it. Because the more quality orders you turn over and make for customers , the better our customers are pleased.
Responsibilities: .
Take orders and make all orders from customers.
Order new inventory . Take inventory and monitor inventory
Work with vendors .
Train new staff .
Complete staff schedules
Supervise front operations and back duties.
Make sure prepping is complete .
Open and close restaurant .
Reconcile, purchase and track receipts on as needed basis .
Report to CEO
Shift coverage when ad needed.
Ensure staff are in compliance with all company policies and procedures .
Keep a positive work environment .
Monitor customer services and review .
Manage tickets paying attention to cleanliness and order..
Prep
Make corndog orders. Prep orders and get orders out on time. I’m
Listen to complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
clean And maintain front of house

Pay: $34,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
