Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Milwaukee, WI for a Construction Superintendent. The Construction Superintendent will oversee and coordinate all activities on construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities include managing construction schedules, supervising staff and subcontractors, ensuring safety protocols are followed, monitoring project progress, and effectively collaborating with stakeholders to address challenges and maintain workflow. Qualifications Proficiency in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety practicesStrong organizational skills to manage schedules, resources, and site documentationExperience in Budgeting and ensuring cost efficiency in complex projectsAbility to lead teams and execute Project Management tasks effectivelyStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesKnowledge of building codes, permits, and compliance regulationsExcellent communication and leadership skillsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferredRelevant construction certifications and prior experience in large-scale or innovative projects are a plus
