Certified Surgical Technologist Location: Bismarck, ND Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,495 to $1,689 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/20/2026 About the Position Job Title: Surgical Tech, Allied, CST City/State: Bismarck, North Dakota Shift: 32hr GTE- M-F 0645-1515 call once/twice a week 1515-0645; occasionally (once every 6 weeks) M-F, 0900-1730, 1100-1930 or 1500-2330; occasionally (once every 13 weeks) Sat/Sun 0700-1930. Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: 04/20/2026 Job Description: The Surgical Tech is responsible for assisting in various surgical procedures across Ortho/Neuro or General/Robotics specialties. The candidate must exhibit proficiency in surgical equipment handling and prepare operating rooms under the supervision of a Charge Nurse or Manager. Responsibilities: Prepare operating rooms and patients for surgery. Assist the surgical team during operations, ensuring sterility and safety. Facilitate communication and support between surgical team members. Participate in aseptic techniques and sterilization procedures. Requirements: BLS Certification. Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) via NBSTSA or NCCT. ND UAP certification. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Ortho/Neuro OR or General/Robotics.
