The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure seamless workflow and efficient processes while serving as a welcoming presence for staff and guests.Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring smooth event execution, maintaining inventory, coordinating with vendors, and optimizing customer experiences with a strong focus on hospitality, professionalism, and solutions-oriented. The role also requires implementing strategies for operational improvement and adhering to industry best practices to uphold the quality standards and reputation of the winery while confidently navigating fast-paced days.QualificationsStrong operational management and organizational skills, with experience in overseeing daily processes and events in a customer-facing or hospitality-driven environmentProven leadership and interpersonal abilities for managing teams and liaising with vendors with warmth, clarity, and confidenceStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills to optimize business operations while maintaining a professional, solutions-oriented demeanorExcellent communication and customer service skills to enhance client experience and represent the winery with professionalism and charmKnowledge of hospitality or event management is highly preferredBilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are highly preferredBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred with 2–5 years of specific industry experienceAbility to pivot quickly and support shifting daily priorities with energy, adaptability, and a positive attitude
