Registered Nurse - Interventional Radiology/Cath Labs

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Interventional Radiology and Cardiac Catheterization Labs team in Rochester, NY. In this role, you will provide expert nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes.Key Responsibilities IncludeAssessing patient conditions pre- and post-procedure, monitoring vital signs, and managing complications.Preparing sterile environments and equipment for procedures, maintaining infection control standards.Collaborating with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.Educating patients and families on procedures, recovery, and follow-up care.Documenting patient data accurately and maintaining detailed medical records.Ideal candidates possess strong critical thinking skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations.
