Vice President of Training & DevelopmentLocation: Napa or Santa Rosa, CA (Onsite)We're partnering with a highly respected, community-focused financial institution seeking a Vice President of Training & Development to lead organizational development and learning initiatives across the organization. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building and executing strategies that drive employee engagement, leadership development, and a strong, people-first culture.What You'll Do:Lead and execute enterprise-wide training and leadership development strategiesPartner with senior leadership to align development initiatives with business goalsBuild and scale comprehensive learning programs, including leadership and career developmentEstablish metrics to measure program effectiveness and organizational impactOversee budgeting, vendor partnerships, and continuous improvement effortsFoster a culture of growth, engagement, and high performanceWhat You Bring:10+ years of experience in training, organizational development, or related fieldProven leadership experience, ideally within a financial institution or regulated environmentStrong strategic thinking and ability to influence at the executive levelExperience building programs from the ground up (e.g., "university-style" training)Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skillsCompensation:$174K – $194K base (DOE) + comprehensive benefits packageWhy This Role:Mission-driven, community-focused organizationStrong culture centered on people, collaboration, and impactOpportunity to build and shape training at scale
