Production Lead

Production LeadJoin our dynamic team as a Production Lead, where you will oversee the Pad Print Team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your shift will run from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with overtime as needed and occasional Saturdays. Reading English is essential, as all travel/router documentation is in English.ResponsibilitiesSet up, inspect, make necessary adjustments, and operate pad printing machines, automated robots, and workstations according to each work order.Fulfill daily production schedules, completing production paperwork and routers as required.Physically and/or visually inspect and evaluate parts for conformance and quality based on established criteria.Manually unload finished products, pack parts, and ensure print adjustments are made to maintain print quality, registration, and production speed.Essential SkillsProficiency in production and batch mixing.Experience within food manufacturing, semiconductor, or chemical industry.Ability to follow documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Effective communication skills.General labor and hand tool usage.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships.Adaptability to change in the workplace.Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.Ability to follow work rules and standard safety regulations.Mathematical ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.Problem-solving skills.Ability to work with diverse cultures to improve processes, quality, and safety.Commitment to exemplifying and embracing values of quality, customer service, safety, and teamwork.Why Work Here?This is a well-established surface finishing and coating shop where you will have the opportunity to work across aerospace, defense, medical, and semiconductor sectors, ensuring consistent and quality-driven work.
