You will be joining a dedicated team of four physicians and three nurse practitioners, all working together to provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population. Position Overview: Job Title: Nurse Practitioner - Family & Geriatric Medicine Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Shift: Day Schedule: Regular Full-Time Work From Home: No What You Can Expect: Clinic Hours: Monday ??? Friday, 8:00 a.m. ??? 5:00 p.m. Enjoy a consistent work schedule with no weekend or holiday shifts. Patient Volume: Average outpatient volume of 20 ??? 25 patients per day, allowing for detailed and attentive patient care. Call Expectations: No on-call responsibilities, providing you with a balanced work-life schedule. Common Diagnoses Treated: Child and adult wellness visits Chronic back pain Diabetes management Hypertension Heart failure Ideal Candidate: Experience: Previous experience in family medicine is highly preferred. Skills: Strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with patients, the community, and medical staff. Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work closely with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
