Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) position based in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves providing social work services to unhoused individuals and families, conducting comprehensive client assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and connecting clients with community resources and support networks. The LMSW will also advocate for clients’ needs, provide crisis intervention when required, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care that promotes long-term housing stability. Qualifications Social work competencies, including client assessment, case management, and development of individualized care plansStrong communication, advocacy, and interpersonal skillsExperience in community engagement and establishing connections with housing and social service resourcesProven capability in managing crises and providing emotional supportMaster's degree in Social Work (MSW) and a valid Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) certificationCommitment to serving underserved populations and addressing homelessnessAbility to engage effectively in a team environment with a collaborative, client-focused approachExperience in trauma-informed care is a plus
