This role will own full-cycle recruiting for Sales positions and serve as a strategic partner to hiring leaders up through the Director level.This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys partnering closely with the business, and knows how to identify and attract top-performing sales talent.What You Bring (Ideal Experience)1–4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with direct Sales recruiting requiredPrior agency recruiting experience strongly preferredProven ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting prioritiesStrong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, and direct outreachExperience partnering with hiring managers through the Director levelSolid understanding of employment laws and interview best practicesExperience working within an ATS (Oracle HCM or similar preferred)Excellent communication, organization, and follow-throughBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)What You’ll DoOwn full lifecycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding handoffPartner with Sales leaders to define hiring needs, success profiles, and prioritiesDevelop recruiting strategies aligned to current market conditionsScreen and assess candidates for sales competencies and overall fitProactively source top talent while collaborating with sourcing partnersEffectively present the company’s value proposition and opportunity to candidatesAdvise hiring leaders on market trends, candidate quality, and hiring trade-offsCoordinate interview process and support pre-employment steps with HR Shared ServicesMaintain accurate recruiting activity in Oracle HCMSupport offer development and candidate closing effortsShare insights and ideas to continuously improve hiring outcomesCompensationThe expected pay range for this position is $35 – $47/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.Additional InformationMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorshipOffers are contingent upon completion of standard pre-employment screenings (background, employment verification, etc.)About TalentFishTalentFish is an employee-owned company pioneering a new approach to talent acquisition.
