Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: Saturday through Sunday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

As a Janitor your average day will Include:
Responsible for cleaning of all common and limited common areas
Maintain clean restrooms and stock with paper products and soap. Clean and shine mirrors/stainless and chrome fixtures
Empty all trash receptacles in the building
Dust all wood work areas
Keep janitor areas/closets organized and let supervisor know of any supplies are needed well in advance.
Keep entrances of individual units clean and light fixture cleared of bugs and cobwebs.
Clean all elevators, including tracks doors and floors
Remove all debris from recycling and trash rooms and keep rooms clean
Vacuum and sweep all halls & stairwells and keep free of debris and cobwebs
Dust all light fixtures including debugging
Clean / wash all windows and glass door entry areas as needed
Report vandalism, damage and/or items left in common and limited common areas.
Assist Building Maintenance as needed
Carry out maintenance responsibilities per the individual client scope of services
Oversee and insure such services and responsibility are carried out on a daily basis.
