Material Handler I - Shipping 2nd ShiftFacilitates the efficient flow of raw material and finished product throughout the entire manufacturing/warehouse process.Hours: 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm Monday-FridayWage: $19.00 to $24.00Responsibilities:Consistently live and display company core values: Integrity, Initiative, Teamwork and Relationships.Move materials throughout the facility with a forklift, truck, or similar equipment manual or motorized.Prioritize customer orders according to ship date and stage accordingly.Welcome and help receive, sort, and distribute incoming materials and check contents against bills of lading and packing list. Report shortages and overages of incoming and outgoing shipments.Load and unload delivery vehicles with finished products, raw materials and other items. Inspect incoming and outgoing product for broken seals and damage.Deliver raw materials (plastic, boxes, and pallets) as needed. This role will also help support production in getting materials for 2ndPack and wrap boxes or other materials for shipment and attach appropriate documentation.Organize storage areas and maintain proper safety and housekeeping standards.Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.Communicate and cooperate with managers and coworkers.Work closely with the Shipping Coordinator in regard to inventory levels, customer orders, shipping, supplies, concerns, etc.Preserve a safe and clean environment by keeping warehouse and work areas tidy and free of obstructions/safety hazards, sweep, dust and mop.Practice First In First Out (FIFO) asset managementOperate IQMS software to prepare shipping paperwork (ex.
