Position: Industrial Materials CoordinatorLocation: Claremore, OKPay: $55,000 to $65,000/yearExperience: 3 years of scheduling experience in a relevant industry.Type: Full-time; Direct HireSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pmProRecruiters is seeking an Industrial Materials Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic team!Job DescriptionWork with both managers and production employees to ensure the company hits its production goals on time. Act as liaison to customers. Handle all the scheduling and ensure the materials are ready to go to increase production efficiency.Provide timely status updates to customers.Coordinate between engineering, production, quality, and shipping to ensure on-time delivery of products.Plan production control activities to improve efficiency while maintaining quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness.Optimize scheduling of manufacturing processes and resources.Schedule and monitor material movement in the production cycle.Other duties as assigned.
