DOEUnited States Texas The WoodlandsContractOil & GasDOCUMENT CONTROLLERLocation: The Woodlands, TXSchedule: Hybrid Work Schedule This position provides Document Control and Document Management support to the Technical Services functions (Facilities, Maintenance and HSE), including uploading, filing, categorizing, classifying and retrieving documents and reference materialsRESPONSABILITIES:Develop, document, and manage the document workflow between Operations, Facilities, Maintenance and HSE.Collaborate with business areas to ensure the proper information is provided for uploading, filing and documentation. Includes developing communications and posts on Teams to ensure that guidelines are met.Ensure that physical documentation is stored in digital form in the appropriate document repositories (working documentation and final documentation).Distribute and store Job Books for construction packages, both physical and electronic copies and maintain inventory of job books.
