Schedule The position requires night shifts, working 3x12 hours from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with every other weekend commitment. Job Description The Registered Nurse (RN) will work in a 29-bed unit that provides care for adults and geriatric patients, specialized in orthopedic and medical-surgical care, with telemetry monitoring available. Candidates must be prepared to work Charge RN shifts as necessary, providing leadership and support within the team. Responsibilities Manage patient care for orthopedic patients including those who have undergone total joint replacements and other surgical procedures. Oversee and assist in telemetry monitoring and related patient care activities. Conduct Charge RN duties as assigned, providing leadership to nursing staff. Ensure compliance with required protocols and certifications. Facilitate effective communication between multidisciplinary teams and patients. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with previous travel experience required. Charge RN experience is mandatory. Current BLS certification is required. Proficiency in Epic charting system is necessary. Must pass a Pass/Fail EKG exam, with two attempts allowed. Why ARMStaffing?
