This vital role combines administrative leadership with financial management, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment while maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to foster a productive workplace. You will oversee daily office functions, coordinate vendor relationships, manage schedules, and handle bookkeeping tasks with precision and enthusiasm. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving organization by ensuring operational excellence and financial integrity.DutiesOversee scheduling management for staff, meetings, and appointments to optimize productivityHandle vendor management by negotiating contracts, processing invoices, and maintaining strong supplier relationshipsMaintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliationsSupport human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, managing payroll processes, and maintaining personnel filesOrganize filing systems—both digital and physical—to ensure quick retrieval of documents and compliance with record-keeping standardsRequirementsProven experience in office management or administrative roles with a strong background in bookkeeping or accountingExperience working in the landscape industry is preferred, but not necessary.
