Data Engagement & Content Systems Manager

We empower youth by providing hands-on educational programs that foster leadership, communication, media tech production and civic engagement.We’re looking for a Digital Engagement & Content Systems Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of a multi-platform content and engagement system.This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, understands digital audiences, and can manage content from creation through publication and interaction.What You'll Do:Manage content workflows from intake through publication across multiple Instagram accounts (feed, stories, highlights)Oversee publishing workflows from draft → post → distributionPersonally manage posting and platform updates (this is a hands-on execution role, not oversight only)Review and edit content to ensure consistency in tone and formatCoordinate with contributors and guide content developmentMaintain a consistent posting cadence (typically 1–3 posts per day across accounts)Support audience engagement through polls, prompts, and interactionsTrack performance (reach, saves, shares, engagement) and refine approachWhat We're Looking For:Proven experience managing active Instagram accounts, including consistent posting and engagement (must provide examples)Strong organizational and workflow management skillsAbility to maintain a consistent voice across contentComfortable reviewing and refining content from othersFamiliarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools (preferred)Important:This is not a traditional content creator or influencer role.We’re looking for someone who can:This is a systems and execution role.
