Job Description: As an HVAC Technician you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their HVAC systems are operating efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Overview We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Mechanic. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC, equipment repair, and property maintenance. Responsibilities - Read and interpret blueprints and schematics - Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal products and equipment - Perform maintenance on HVAC systems - Conduct appliance repair as needed - Assist with equipment repair tasks - Work on ammonia refrigeration systems - Collaborate with other mechanics for plumbing tasks Experience - Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Mechanic or in a similar role - Knowledge of HVAC/R systems - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills - Familiarity with property maintenance practices Preferred Skills: - Experience in property maintenance, building, and plumbing - Familiarity with equipment repair, HVAC, HVAC/R systems, and ammonia refrigeration Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Certification in HVAC or related fields. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
