This role is pivotal in driving performance results through leadership, coaching, and partnership with Office Managers, Assistant Office Managers, and clinical providers. The Senior Orthodontics Coordinator will be accountable for office orthodontic performance and culture, while fostering collaboration and alignment across the organization.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic oversight into orthodontic operations across multiple offices, ensuring consistent execution of the Orthodontic Department’s standards and practiceActively manage and coordinate provider days for orthodontists, ensuring schedules are optimized, productive, and aligned with patient demand and production goalsDrive regional orthodontic performance through ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs), including Net Production, Net Collection, and New Orthodontic startsEnsure strong orthodontic collection systems and follow-through across all officesManage orthodontic supply and equipment inventory based on demandLead, mentor, and develop Office Managers, Assistant Office Managers, and/or coordinators, building strong leadership capability specific to orthodontics specialtyEnsure efficient staffing models and scheduling for orthodontic RDAs to maximize provider productivity and patient accessPartner with Manager of Orthodontics program and Regional Leadership Team to align orthodontic strategy with orthodontic objectivesMaintain a consistent presence through regular office visits (daily travel, one office per day expected)Foster a positive, high- performance culture rooted in teamwork, respect, and patient-first valuesPerforms miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications & Other RequirementsMinimum of 2–4 years of multi-site leadership experience with a strong background in orthodonticsProven track record of driving performance, and developing high-performing teams. Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, influence, and inspire across diverse teamsExperience using performance data to drive decision-making and operational improvementDental/healthcare industry experience preferred; retail or service-based multi-unit leadership also consideredExcellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skillsValid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within assigned offices (no overnight travel required)High School diploma or GED required.
