Full Stack Engineer

Job Title: Full Stack Engineer Duration: 6 months (Contract to Hire) Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid 3 days/week)Summary We are seeking talented and motivated Full Stack Engineers at various levels to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both front-end and back-end development, with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building high-quality, scalable software solutions.Key Responsibilities* Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications * Build efficient and reusable front-end and back-end systems. * Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and deliver new features. * Develop APIs and microservices using modern frameworks and tools. * Ensure application performance, security, and scalability. * Maintain clear documentation and follow best practices in coding and design. * Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.Technical Skills* Programming Languages: Java, JavaScript, Python * Frameworks & Tools: React, Angular, Node.js, Spring Boot, Spring Batch * Databases: DynamoDB, DB2, Oracle, PostgreSQL * Other Skills: RESTful API development, version control (Git), CI/CD, * Cloud experience: AWSQualifications* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). * Proven experience in full-stack development (front-end and back-end). * Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
