Commercial Service Roofing Foreman

Large Commercial Roofing company in Reading, PA is looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman. Candidate should have a minimum 10 years of roofing experience with EPDM, TPO PVC, Built-up and Coating Roofing Systems. Candidate should also be knowledgeable of major manufacturer's specifications. This is a Full-time position. Responsibilities would include: Investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in commercial roofing systems Being able to work independently with the ability to manage customer's requests and interactions professionally Maintaining and adhering to all OSHA and company safety policies Be available for emergency response outside of work hours Requirements: Lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean motor vehicle record Must not be afraid of heights Possess and display strong attention to detail Ability to work and lead others Able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Overtime Experience: Commercial Roofing: 5 years (Required) Foreman: 5 years (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
