Electrical Systems Assembler

About the Role As an Electrical Systems Assembler, you will play a critical role in the advancement of sustainable energy infrastructure by building and integrating complex electrical systems for large-scale power generation equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring the precision installation of control panels, sensors, and wiring harnesses to meet high-performance standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Execute the precise installation and routing of electrical wiring harnesses, connectors, and sophisticated control systems. Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to verify electrical continuity, system functionality, and overall component integrity. Drive production efficiency by meeting rigorous assembly benchmarks and contributing to team-based operational goals. Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting in partnership with engineering teams to resolve complex connectivity challenges. Maintain a high-standard, organized workspace while strictly adhering to all safety protocols and environmental regulations. Support cross-functional assembly efforts, including mechanical integration and material handling, to ensure seamless production workflows. Required Skills High school diploma or GED. 3+ years of experience in industrial or automotive electrical assembly. Demonstrated proficiency in reading and interpreting complex electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Hands-on experience with multimeters, crimping tools, and diagnostic equipment. Ability to obtain and maintain overhead crane operator certification. Capability to perform physical tasks, including working at heights and passing respiratory fit tests. Preferred Skills Formal electrical certifications or specialized technical training. Prior experience with wind turbine or heavy equipment electrical systems. Familiarity with ISO 9000 quality management systems. Proven ability to apply 5-Why or similar root cause analysis methodologies. Experience with conduit bending and PLC wiring.
