As we expand into our new Pooler, GA location, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to join our award-winning team. Position Overview The Production Manager will oversee all aspects of daily operations related to fence project execution. This role requires a strong leader with experience managing crews, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage and schedule installation crews to ensure timely project completion Oversee job quality, safety, and efficiency across all active projects Coordinate with sales and operations teams to maintain smooth workflows Provide leadership, training, and support to field staff Monitor materials, equipment, and inventory to avoid delays Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies Qualifications Prior management experience in fence construction Prior installation or building experience in fencing Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Valid driver's license with good driver history Computer and CRM System experience (Salesforce experience a plus) Why Join Fence & Deck Connection?
