Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and collaboration.
Meaningfully contributing to complex engineered solutions as part of a team.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance.
Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Foster a positive and productive work environment, motivating team members to achieve their best performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within industrial machinery.
Engineering mindset with the ability understand complicated systems
PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
Proven experience in managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels of an organization both internally and externally.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
