Product Development Assistant

We are seeking a Product Development Assistant to join the growing team supporting our intimates business. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role supporting the Product Development and Design teams throughout the full development lifecycle. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a genuine interest in apparel Product Development, especially in color review and evaluation. Responsibilities:Communicate daily with overseas vendors and cross-functional teams (Design, Technical Design, Sourcing, and Production)Review and track development submissions Assist in color review processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with design intent with ColoristOwn and maintain accurate data entry within the Airtable management systemTrack samples from Proto through PPS/TOP stages, including daily vendor follow-upsMaintain and update WIP for weekly cross-functional meetingsEnsure tech packs are up to date and shared with vendors throughout developmentSubmit PD, TD, and PPS comments to vendors in a timely and clear mannerTrack Time & Action calendars to support on-time deliveryOpen, organize, and distribute incoming packages from overseas vendorsPrepare outgoing shipments and support general administrative tasksSupport additional projects as neededQualifications:1 year of relevant work and/or internship experienceBachelor’s Degree in a related field preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience maintaining and organizing dataStrong interest in Product DevelopmentKeen written, verbal and electronic communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookPLM experience is a plus (Centric preferred)Team-oriented with a strong desire to learn and growAnnual salary range starting at $55,000+The disclosed salary range is commensurate with experience and does not reflect the total compensation package.
