Associate Attorney

Overview:We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of employment and/or labor law experience to support counseling, litigation, workplace compliance, investigations, labor matters, and employment-related advisory work.Key Responsibilities:Counsel business leaders on employment matters across multiple statesConduct workplace investigations and compliance supportDefend employment claims in state and federal courtHandle depositions, discovery, and motion practiceDraft employee handbooks, workplace policies, and employment documentsSupport employment diligence in corporate transactionsRequirements:3+ years of employment and/or labor law experienceCT Bar admission requiredStrong litigation, counseling, and drafting skillsExperience with depositions, investigations, and employment compliance preferred
