The successful candidate will be responsible for market expansion, sales, team building, client relationship management, and operational excellence. This executive role demands a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record in the IT staffing and solutions industry, particularly in building and scaling high-performing teams, driving significant revenue growth, and establishing a strong market presence. Key responsibilities include establishing and growing a substantial IT staffing and services region, leading strategic plans for market penetration, achieving personal sales quotas, and driving year-over-year revenue growth. The role also involves recruiting and retaining a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning, and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.Applicants for the Managing Vice President position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in IT staffing and services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of success in building and scaling a significant book of business, as well as the ability to develop and promote team members into leadership positions. Strong consultative sales skills, exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving, the candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field, with an MBA or equivalent preferred.
