If you thrive in a professional environment and take pride in impeccable service, this role offers the perfect blend of hospitality and work-life balance.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesProvide elevated "concierge- style" customer serviceSet-up meeting rooms as specifiedPerform walk through of floor(s) to inspect and ensure that all conference rooms and kitchens are clean, and stocked with suppliesClean pantry and kitchen as neededProvide support for miscellaneous requests and flex servicesUtilize various software and event planning programs to meet tasksQualifications & RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 1-year work experience, client service-oriented preferredGood customer service skills, including tact in handling complaintsGood verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lift or move 40 lbs. or greaterAbility to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of timeWorking knowledge of Microsoft, Outlook, Word, and ExcelThe Compensation range for this role is up to 19.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
